Flash back time:

Do you remember Coolio? I do. How can you forget Coolio, I used to know all the words to that song I remember standing on my bed with a hair brush(aka a mic) in one hand and attitude in the other, singing along… and the imaginary crowded stadium is going wild as I perfectly perform Gangta’s Paradise. Oh those were the days!

Any how I was surfing YouTube the other day and came upon a video entitled “Cookin’ with Coolio” and I thought no way that can’t be real. I clicked and and five minutes later I had watched Coolio make caperse salad. Needless to say this blew my mind. So I watched more Cookin’ with Coolio videos and was thoroughly impressed.

This particular video is a pretty tame one compared to the others, I assume because of the kid, but it is still pretty interesing. Cookin’ with Coolio typically includes adult language and innuendo. Colio apparently buys his spices from his drug dealer because they tend to be housed in “dime bags”. And I am not certain what the scantly clad women in the background have to do with cookin’ but I for one think that the food network should seriously consider Coolio for a late night option. Oh and did I mention that you could win an autographed bell pepper!!!
