How to cook.

I consider myself to be a pretty good cook, now, but back they I got nervous every time I stepped into the kitchen. I didn’t have a lot of money and what I made was what I would be eating for the next couple days whether it was good or not. But I kept trying and eventually I wasn’t nervous anymore.
